“To break down the barriers between what swimming is and what it could be.”
Swimming is one of the world’s biggest sports, but it doesn’t always feel that way. So much innovation happens elsewhere, in other sports, leaving swimmers wishing for more. FORM is here to change that.
FORM is led by Dan Eisenhardt, a former competitive swimmer and sport tech pioneer. Surrounding him is an amazing group of people with the diverse backgrounds, skills, and personalities it takes to shake up an industry. Our shared drive makes us more than a team; to us, FORM feels like a community.
FORM Welcomes Everyone to Apply
FORM is committed to creating and preserving a diverse and inclusive culture. When we have a more diverse team of employees, our goals are within reach and we're able to fully live our core values; being daring, focused and human. We're an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment. We welcome the unique contributions that you can bring in terms of education, opinions, race, colour, place of origin, religion, family status, marital status, physical or mental disability, sex, age, sexual orientation, and political beliefs.
We understand that the safest way to keep employees from contracting or spreading COVID-19 is to eliminate or reduce physical contact between employees. Our number one priority at FORM is the safety and wellbeing of our employees, and we have appropriate protocol in place to help reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19. Our protocol has been created using guidance from the BC Health Authorities as well as WorkSafeBC requirements. The majority of our workforce is currently working remotely, and as this guidance from the provincial health authorities continues to change, we will review this policy and make any necessary changes.
